                               书面表达解题点拨
    在英语高考各大题型中,书面表达历来是失分率较高的一种题型。书面表达作为一项
全面考查学生在字、词、短语、句子、语法、篇章结构方面能力的题型,在未来的高考中
将越来越体现出其不可估量的分量。临近高考该如何有效地备考该题型,是每个考生都很
关心的问题。

一)近年来全国高考英语书面表达的评分标准:
    第五档(很好);(25-30     分)   
  1. 完全完成了试题规定的任务。   
  2. 覆盖所有内容要点。   


  3. 应用了较多的语法结构和词汇。                [来源:学科网 ZXXK]
  4. 语法结构或词汇方面有些许错误,但为尽力使用较复杂结构或较高级词汇所致;具备
较强的语言运用能力。   
  5. 有效地使用了语句间的连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。   
  6. 完全达到了预期的写作目的。   
    第四档(好):(19-24    分)   
  1. 完全完成了试题规定的任务。   
  2. 虽漏掉   1、2 个次重点,但覆盖所有主要内容。   
  3. 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。   
  4. 语法结构或词汇方面应用基本准确,些许错误主要是因尝试较复杂语法结构或词汇所
致。   
  5. 应用简单的语句间的连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。   
  6. 达到了预期的写作目的。   
    第三档(适当):(13-18     分)   
  1. 基本完成了试题规定的任务。   
  2. 虽漏掉一些内容,但覆盖所有主要内容。   
  3. 应用的语法结构和词汇能满足任务的要求。   
  4. 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,但不影响对写作内容的理解。   
  5. 应用简单的语句间的连接成分,使全文内容连贯。   
  6. 整体而言,基本达到了预期的写作目的。   
    第二档(较差):(7-12     分)   
  1. 未恰当完成试题规定的任务。   
  2. 漏掉或未描述清楚一些主要内容,写了一些无关内容。   
  3. 语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。   
  4. 有一些语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响了对写作内容的理解。   
  5. 较少使用语句间的连接成分,内容缺少连贯性。   
  6. 信息未能清楚地传达给读者。   
    第一档(差):(1-6    分)   
  1. 未完成试题规定的任务。   
  2. 明显遗漏主要内容,写了一些无关内容,原因可能是未理解试题要求。

  3. 语法结构单调、词汇项目有限。   
  4. 较多语法结构或词汇方面的错误,影响对写作内容的理解。   
  5. 缺乏语句间的连接成分,内容不连贯。   
  6. 信息未能传达给读者。   
    不得分:(0     分)   
    未能传达给读者任何信息:内容太少,无法评判;所写内容均与所要求内容无关或所
写内容无法看清。  
    注:第五档(很好)(25-30      分)的关键词为:“要点,结构,词汇,连接”。关键句为:
“语言运用能力”。由此可见,本题型在考查考生语言准确性的基础上,进一步强调了用
词的得体性、表达方式的多样性。如果考生仅运用基础的词汇和基本的句型,不能体现出
较强的语言运用能力,即使要点齐全,表达没有语法错误,但因为不能给人一种高的审美
享受,很难在考试的评分中位列较高档次。考生在做题过程中如何才能达到较高标准的要
求,如何落实这些关键点呢?那么,从现在开始,就着力于以下几个方面的具体操作吧!

二)答题步骤
  1. 准确审题
    审好题,是做好书面表达题的第一步,是“切中题意”、谋篇布局的关键。动笔前考
生要花   2-3 分钟仔细分析试题,抓住题目的关键词,可以圈点出来,使要点醒目。审题主
要包括三个方面:审文体、审人称时态、审要点。
    1)确定文体。即确定短文的形式。现今的书面表达题主要以书信、看图作文、表格加
提示的形式为主,并附有一定的交际目的。
    2)确定短文的中心及要点。短文的中心是短文的灵魂。中心要明确,必要时可“列点”
,即写出提纲和主题句。防止画蛇添足、节外生枝的现象,注意详略得当。
    3)确定短文的时态、主要句型及必要的短语。在审题过程中,考生可根据试题中要表
达的内容和要点初步确定要用的句型和短语,要善于使用现成的句子结构,注意使用熟悉
和地道的短语,即平时背诵的各种体裁范文的格式,惯用语句等。可快速地将可能用到的
句子、短语简写下来,以便参考。
  2. 变换句型,丰富句式
    在高考英语写作中,由于时间的限制,许多考生写出的句子显得过于单调、呆板。其
实,只要注意句式的变换,就一定能使写出来的句子更加准确、得体、简洁、灵活。另外,
应着力于恰当运用非谓语动词作状语、主从复合句、强调句、倒装句、省略句、感叹句、
被动句、独立主格等,使之长短结合,以简洁生动为原则,充分体现考生驾驭和运用语言
的能力,从而增强书面表达的效果。
    词之间的转换
    This painting is very valuable.
    Our hometown has changed a lot these years.
    词与从句之间的转换
    As he was tired and hungry, the boy was unwilling to move on.
    非谓语动词与从句之间的转换
    As he was lying in the grass, he thought of his parents living in the countryside.
    When she heard the news, she began to cry.
    He spoke louder so that the audience could hear him clearly.

    一般句式与强调句之间的转换

    条件句与祈使句之间的转换
    If you go through the gate, you will find the entrance to Bear Country. 
    宾语从句与状语从句之间的转换
    I won't believe what he says. 
    “二态”之间的转换
    时态的转换
    The bell is ringing now.
    主动语态变为被动语态
    People suggested that the meeting be put off.
    正常语序与倒装语序之间的转换
    Though I'm weak I will make the effort.
    They will never give up the struggle for success.
  3. 锤炼词汇
    1)Because the weather was good, our journey was comfortable.
    2)We all think he is a great man.
    3)Suddenly I thought out a good idea.
    4)The students there needn’t pay for their books.
    5)When she heard he had died, she went pale with sorrow.
    6)She went to Austria in order to study music. 
    7)When he spoke, he felt more and more excited.
    8)In our school, there are twenty-six classrooms.
    9)You can find my house easily. 
  4. 确保流畅
    使用恰当的连接词,对写出一篇有“英语味”的文章来讲是很重要的,能使整篇文章
上下衔接自然、紧凑,使文章有一定的流畅性,及使文章层次清晰,行文连贯。下面是写
作时经常用到的一些连接词。
    逻辑角度                               合适的过渡性词汇

    总之,过渡词和连接词是书面表达也是英语语言的一大特点,从评分标准中要求“应
用简单的语句间的连接成分,使全文结构紧凑。”可见高考书面表达对过渡词和连接词的
重视。另外,为使结构更明确,写作时最好分成两至三自然段。
  5. 规范书写
    由于  2010 年高考英语将实施网上阅卷,优美匀称的书写将给阅卷老师以赏心悦目的印
象,对于得高分将起重要的作用,建议考生们在最后备考阶段还要抽出时间练习规范书写,
切不可等闲视之。 

三)不同类型的书面表达答题技巧
  1. 记叙文
    【高考真题】
    下面四幅图片描述的是李明和爷爷从养鸟到放鸟的一段经历。请根据图片所提供的信
息以第三人称用英语写一篇短文。
    注意:①短文必须包括所有图片的主要内容,短文的内容要连贯、完整;
    ②短文单词数:100       词左右。


    解题要点:
    1)确定人称,记叙文的时态(一般过去时)!
    2)要点要审全面。
    3)采用表时间的过渡语,行文连贯,不求高词大句,但求流畅连贯,长短句交互,把
过程表达清楚。
    4)强烈建议采用以下句型给全文增色,提高作文档次。
    …was/were doing…when…
    …was/were about to do…when…
参考范文:
    One Saturday morning, Li Ming and his grandpa were feeding the bird in the cage when he 
found the bird was unhappy though it had enough food and water. But Li Ming did not know why.
    The next morning on his way to school Li Ming saw some birds flying in the sky. Then he 
thought of the lonely bird in the cage. He decided to persuade his grandpa to set the bird free.

When he got home, he said to his grandpa, “Birds also need friends!” To his delight, his grandpa 
agreed.
    In the end, The bird was set free. Grandpa and the children were very happy to see the bird

  2. 说明文
    【高考真题】
    一家宾馆新开业,为吸引外国宾客,希望在互联网上进行宣传,请你用英语为其写一
篇文字介绍。主要内容应包括:
  1. 地点:距白山入口处        500 米;
  2.  房间及价格:单人间(共           20 间),100   元/天,双人间(共         15 间),150  元/天;

    解题要点:
    1)审出人称,说明文的时态是一般现在时,涉及到现在与从前的对比,注意时态的变
化。
    2)要点一目了然,不易丢。
    3)充分调动高级表达,运用各类语法手法和过渡词语。
    4)常见的表达语句:
    A. 介绍一个人或地点,强烈建议采用               with 短语结构。
    再例:前门大街长        800 余米、600   多年历史、300     余家商铺。
    B. 介绍一个人或地点,充分使用同位语和定语从句,居于文首,为文章增色。
    C. 表示并列的事物时,可用           both…and…,not only…but also…,as well as 等

                        Welcome to Baishan Mountain Hotel
    Baishan Mountain Hotel is now open for business.
    Our hotel stands 500 meters away from the entrance to Baishan Mountain. It has 20 single

    It was the first snow of winter — an exciting day for every child but not for most teachers. 
Up until now, I had been old enough to dress myself, but today would need some help. Miss 
Finlayson, my kindergarten teacher, had been through first snow days many times, but I think she 
may still remember this one.  
    I managed to get into my wool snow trousers. But I struggled with my jacket because it 
didn’t fit well. It was a hand-me-down from my brother, and it made me wonder why I had to

wear his ugly clothes. At least my hat and scarf were mine, and they were quite pretty. Finally it 
was time to have Miss Finlayson help me with my boots(靴子).  
    In her calm, motherly voice she said, “By the end of winter, you will be able to put on your 
own  boots.” I didn’t realize at the time that this was more a statement of hope than of 
confidence(信心).    
    I handed her my boots and stuck out my foot. Like most children, I expected grown-ups to

    When  people hear a president speak, they seldom think about others helping to shape the 
presentation(报告). Today, however, presidents depend on writers such as J. Terry Edmonds to 
help them communicate (交流)    effectively. Edmonds is the first African American ever to 
work as a full-time speechwriter for a U. S. president; he is so the first African American to serve

    Edmonds grew up in Baltimore, Maryland; his father drove a truck, and his mother worked

    “Old wives’ tales” are beliefs passed down from one generation to another. For example, 
most of us remember our patents’ telling us to eat more of certain foods or not to do certain things. 
Is there any truth in these teachings? Some of them agree with present medical thinking, but others 
have not passed the test of time 
    Did your mother ever tell you to eat your carrots because they are good for your eyes? 
Scientists now report that eating carrots can help prevent a serious eye disease called macular 
degeneration. Eating just one carrot a day can reduce the possibility of getting this disease by 40%. 
Garlic(蒜)is good for you, too. It can kill the type of virus that causes colds. 
    Unfortunately, not all of Mom’s advice passed the test of medical studies. For example, 
generations of children have been told not to go swimming within an hour after eating. But 
research suggests that there is no danger in doing so. Do sweets cause tooth problems? Well, yes 
and no. Sticky sweets made with grains tend to cause more problems than sweets made with 
simple sugars.  
    Even though science can tell us that some of our traditional beliefs don’t hold water, there is 
still a lot of truth in the old wives’ tales. After all, much of this knowledge has been accumulated
